About Heal With Rashmi
Who is Rashmi?
Rashmi advocates for true freedom. She is a graduate of a Bachelors in Psychology, a Masters of Science in Psychology, majoring in Human Development, a Masters in Neuro-Linguistics, and on her way to further education. She completed a 2 year training under Bert Hellinger's Institute for Epigenetic and practices it in the form of a healing modality called Family Constellations. She is an accredited EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping Practitioner, a Somatic based therapy, and focuses on helping women with trauma, as well as anyone she can reach through her EFT Tapping videos on YouTube.
Her healing honors the body as much as the mind and soul, therefore Rashmi also has a food business, making organic, oil-free, plastic free, toxins free Hummus and other delicious sauces, under the brand ZO Hummus (Zero Oil Hummus). She plans to expand to healing tonics, other healthy, delicious food items, clean healthy organic pet food, organic healthy household items, and so much more. Rashmi has a vision to make this world a better place to live in.
Rashmi comes from a lot of darkness and trauma. She chose to transform her life by getting deep into the mud of her darkness, face it, and come out of it so she can help others do the same and attain the freedom Rashmi has always dreamed for herself and others.
